IMPORTANT!!!
We can only take back the returned product if the warranty card (electronic invoice received at the time of purchase) is available!
Mandatory Warranty Period
The mandatory warranty period varies depending on the price of the purchased product.
a) for sales prices of 10,000 HUF or higher, but below 100,000 HUF - one year
b) for sales prices of 100,000 HUF or higher, but below 250,000 HUF - two years
c) for sales prices exceeding 250,000 HUF - three years
Deadlines for repairs
If the purchased product defected for the first time and it can be determined that the product cannot be repaired then the product will be replaced within 8 days. If the replacement is not possible the purchased price will be refunded within 8 days.
If the repair time exceeds 15 days, the consumer will be notified of the expected duration of the repair no later than the 15th day. If the product covered by the mandatory warranty cannot be repaired within 30 days, it will be replaced within 8 days. If replace is not possible for any reason, the purchase price will be refunded within 8 days.
If our mandatory warranty product fails again after the third repair, we will replace it within 8 days. If replacement is not possible the purchase price will be refunded within 8 days.
The warranty period is extended from the date of delivery for repair until the consumer is unable to use the product as intended due to the fail.
Exceptions to the warranty
ATTENTION! We are not able to accept a product returned for warranty reasons in a contaminated condition! We will return it to the consumer!
If a defect occurs due to improper use or intentional damage to the purchased product, we are not in a position to act in accordance with the warranty rules!
We cannot take back a product (for example used absorbent materials, wipes etc.) which are, after delivery, according to their nature inseparably mixed with other items or substances!
In case of purchases under HUF 10,000, we do not consider the rules of the mandatory warranty to be binding on us!
